An in-progress version of draft 1.2 is posted at:

The pdf will serve as the reference for tomorrow's style review.  There
are still changes in the queue (especially those that have been emailed to
me, but also new definitions for our classification -- I welcome
submissions from others for this) which I will be making tomorrow and
throughout the weekend.

I believe that the call in for style review will be the same as Tuesday's,
right Jim?
