It appears that the problems with spam detection and auto-unsubscription
from the IEEE list stds-754@xxxxxxxx have been ameliorated.
It should no longer be necessary to post messages to stds-754@xxxxxxxxxxx
as well.    Post to stds-754@xxxxxxxx only.

After Thursday's meeting I will shut down the backup list
