It contains one item: Prof Kahan's tabled motion to not send the
draft to the MSC.
I believe the resolution of this motion will serve the purpose
you have in mind.
I can see how a successful (simple majority?) motion to send NO draft
to MSC settles things, but I don't see how the failure of such a motion
would settle things. Such a failure would not
imply that a SPECIFIC draft be forwarded to MSC, nor would such a failure
imply a 2/3 majority in favor of such forwarding, as required in our PnP
(the PnP does not require a 2/3 vote to NOT forward a draft).
Anyway I don't understand the rationale for moving to NOT DO something.
That end is accomplished by moving to adjourn, or less drastically
by voting against any motion to DO something.
