I don't know what you mean by "accepted". Each BTS has their particular
rules, and for glibc, it seems that bugs are automatically set as "NEW"
and assigned to Ulrich Drepper. So, do not assume that he will fix the
bugs. The best way to get bugs fixed is to provide a patch. This is
what I did for bug 602 (powerpc rint() was buggy):

and you can see that my patch was quickly taken into account.
FYI, I also submitted the following bug:

"printf doesn't take the rounding mode into account". But I currently
do not have the time to propose a patch.
