My Sponsor ballot comments...
All,
I have just sent my comments into the IEEE.
Due to a defect in my post processor, the
comments have only the page and line number;
not the subclause number.
BTW, its unsafe to cut-and-paste text into
comments, because the IEEE rejects all of
your comments if their parser sees any
unrecognized characters. That problem
pushed me into the last minute for submittal.

The last 1/3 of the pdf is the comments that
were submitted to the IEEE, in any easy to read
context of pdf notes.
This starts with text that I plan to include
in a book, if not accepted by the committee.
The committee never seems to like clear
tables, claiming grad students can't affort
the extra 50 pages of paper.
From my experiences as an architect,
I more fully appreciate the reproducibility
and interoperability that come from having
an exact standard specification. Thus,
the plan for a book.
