I think we have our hands overfull trying to specify the fixed list of named
functions
in 9.2. So specifications for other unnamed functions are best left to
another
document.
Hence the proposal for drastic simplification in

I think today is the deadline for casting ballots on 1.6.0.
I hope that everybody who is entitled to has done so, and if voting no,
has carefully formulated the minimal changes to convert their vote to yes.
