Inexact definition -- Clause 7.6



No reaction for a whole week.  I guess I give up.  If I understand the
balloting rules I cannot bring it up again, so unless somebody else
does, we'll be left with a definition that does not cover quantize or
roundToIntegralExact -- unless people really interpret "increasing the
precision" as meaning "making the integer 1 arbitrarily small".

I suppose the damage would be minimal.  The actual definition of the
two operations at issue is clear enough -- it's just that the way they
signal the Inexact exception is not covered by the clause that defines
the notion of Inexact.
