Missing functions tanPi, asinPi and acosPi

atanPi is in the table of clause 9.2 -- it is tanPi that is "missing".
I should point out that is most likely way too late to add new functions
(or anything new) to the draft at this point. The current recirculation
ballot closes tomorrow, and we REALLY want to be done with all this, and
limit ourselves to fixing typos or errors introduced in editing the last
draft (1.8.0).
This reflector remains open however for discussing these issues, and that
is why I invited input from the community that knows the most about these
issues.
