and NaNS (which does not conform to Standard Fortran).

Are you talking about a platform where IBM claims to have a Standard conforming
Fortran? I am most familiar with IBM platforms that do NOT claim to have a
Fortran product that conforms to current Standards.
Of course, if this is a place (as someone else indicated) that the Standard
says is "processor dependent", then this doesn't really matter.
