wpan/ Removal of 802.11/15 address from BRAN_5_GHZ_GSG list
Dear 802.11/15
I would like to apologise for the unwelcome emails you received from the BRAN_5_GHZ_GSG list on the last two weeks. The addition of the 802.11/15 mailing list addresses to ETSI list was not a mistake by the mailing list administrator of ETSI, as I read in some messages, but it was a mean to involve the members of these two IEEE working groups in the ongoing discussions on the WLAN convergence activities in the 5GHs space proposed and endorsed by the chairmen of the IEEE WGs present at the last BRAN meeting. I informed today the ETSI secretariat to remove the IEEE802.11/15 addresses from the BRAN_5_GHZ_GSG list and would like to invite those IEEE members interested in the ongoing discussions to register either to the IAG mailing list at 5GHZ@LIST.HWDEV.NET or to BRAN_5_GHZ_GSG list. For the latter case please get in touch with Helene Schmidt (Helene.Schmidt@etsi.fr) or Balazs Kiacz (balazs.kiacz@etsi.fr).
Best regards,
Jamshid Khun-Jush
Chairman ETSI Project BRAN
