Registration fees include:
Morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks, daily lunches (M/T/W/TH),
Wednesday evening social, networking services, audio visual services and
other meeting services. Your guest room rate at the Metropole and
Paddington hotels includes full English breakfast in their breakfast room
each morning, and is available only at the hotel where you are staying.
Registration fees for the January Hosted Interim Session:
1. Pre-Registration Fee - Prior to 6pm PST Fri, 12/1/2006 (2am UTC Sat,
12/2/2006) - $600.00US
2. Web Registration Fee - Until 6pm PST Sun, Dec. 31, 2006 (2am UTC Mon,
Jan 1, 2007) - $750.00US
3. OnSite/Late Registration Fee - After 6pm PST Sun, Dec 31, 2006 (2am UTC
Mon, Jan 1, 2007) - $900.00US
All registration fees are charged in US$ with no VAT (Value Added Tax)
applied to the fees indicated above.
Any individual who attends any portion of a meeting that is a scheduled
part of an 802-Hosted Interim Session must register for the full session
and pay the current registration fee.

PLEASE NOTE:
UK Visa invitation letters are not currently available however we are
working with an UK organization on this special request. Please send an
email to: dawns@facetoface-events.com requesting to be added to the list of
those requesting a letter. Please remember you must be registered in order
to generate a letter.
Also, remember that UK power outlets are different from European and US
outlets and may require a special adapter to work with your electrical
devices. Check voltage & current ratings before connecting.
You may pick up your registration materials, detailed meeting agenda, and
name badge at the IEEE 802 Registration Desk located at the Hilton London
Metropole beginning at 5-8pm Sunday evening, January 14, 2007, or 8am-5pm
on Monday thru Wednesday, January 15-17, 2007.
The January 2007 IEEE 802-Hosted Interim Session will be held during the
week of January 14-19, 2007.
The Hilton London Metropole and Hilton London Paddington Hotels are
convenient to London's best shopping, outstanding restaurants, and other
world famous attractions. The Hilton London Metropole is one of Europe's
largest hotel & conference centers and located in the heart of
London. This hotel is only 20 minutes from Heathrow International Airport
(to Paddington Station) via the Heathrow Express. The Hilton London
Paddington Hotel is connected by footbridge to Paddington Station and is
just 15 minutes from Heathrow International Airport. The hotels are
situated only 5 minutes apart and are within easy walking distance (approx
4 short blocks).
