We had four motions on the Friday EC agenda.  All four passed

1.  Renewal of 15.4c SG.  Contingency action in case PAR is not approved
2.  Renewal of BAN  SG
3.  Formation of a 15.4 MAC enhancement SG (SG4e)
4.  Approval to forward the 4c draft PAR to NesCom

Thanks to all who had a hand in getting this done.
