This will serve as
an initial call for proposals for the .4c Task Group (see doc. #
15-07-0807-00-004c-call-for-proposals for the official Call for Proposals).
The responses to this call will be heard at the Sept. mtg. All interested
proposers are requested to reply to myself and the secretary (both cc: above) to
request a timeslot during the Sept. mtg. All requests shall be made prior to the
opening of the 802.15 Session on Mon. Sept. 17 (this is an extension to the original date
of 9/7).
Keep in mind
that as discussed during the closing session of the July mtg. that this
call for proposals, since being given on
short notice was approved on the condition that a 2nd call for
proposals is issued during the Sept.
mtg. in order to give all respondents the proper
amount of time to prepare if needed. The responses to the 2nd
call will be presented during
the Nov. meeting.
Respondents are
asked to consult the TG4c PAR-draft (doc. # 15-07-0606-03-004c-sg4c-draft-par)
for the Scope, Purpose and Need. In addition to this respondents are also asked
to refer to doc. # 15_07_0826_00_004c_phy_system_parameters (undergoing final revisions), as to the type of
information being looked for in the submitted proposals.
