The IEEE 802.18 regulatory TAG is drafting a NPRM response to the FCC (see attached). Since this may affect implementations of 802.15.4 devices, you may want to review it and provide any comments this week. It will be discussed briefly in the 802.15 WG this morning. Please review items 16 and 17 as I would like comments on whether to keep these or not.
