We are pleased to announce that under an agreement between the
Association
of Radio Industries and Businesses (ARIB) and the Multimedia Mobile
Access
Communication Systems Forum (MMAC Forum), the English translation
of ARIB STD-T91 Version 1.0 "UWB (Ultra-Wideband) Radio
Systems" is now
available and can be downloaded free of charge from the following
website

ARIB established the ARIB STANDARD (ARIB STD-T91 Version 1.0)
on December 12th, 2006.
In conjunction with the national technical standards which are
intended
for effective spectrum utilization and avoidance of interference with
other
spectrum users, an ARIB STANDARD is intended as a standard for use
by the private sector by compiling various voluntary standards
regarding
the adequate quality of radio and broadcasting service, compatibility
issues,
etc. It aims to enhance convenience for radio equipment
manufacturers,
telecommunication operators, broadcasting equipment manufacturers,
broadcasters and general users.
It is our sincere hope that this standard would be useful for radio
equipment
manufacturers, testing organizations and general users.
Sincerely,
----
