[802.15_GENERAL] How to join sponsor ballot pool

Any person can join a Sponsor ballot pool.  The process to do this is:

Go to http://development.standards.ieee.org
Sign in with your WebID.
In myProject, select "Manage Activity Profile"
Expand "IEEE Computer Society"
Expand "Local and Metropolitan Area Networks"
Select the group you want an invitation to.  Also expand it and select 
the specific project as well.
Click Continue
Enter your affiliation

When the invitation goes out, it should appear in your email.
