[802.15-GENERAL-LIST] IEEE 802.15.4f Call for Preliminary Proposals (CFPP)
IEEE 802.15.4f Call for Preliminary PHY Proposal Notice:
During the May 2009 IEEE 802.15 meeting session in Montreal, Canada last
week Task Group 4f 'Active RFID Systems' released a Call for Preliminary
Proposals (CFPP) and Call for Proposals (CFP) document seeking PHY
Amendment proposals to the current IEEE 802.15.4-2006 Standard,
including those IEEE 802.15.4 MAC enhancements necessary to support
these new 802.15.4f PHY amendment proposals.
IEEE 802.15.4f is seeking Preliminary PHY Proposals to be heard during
the upcoming July 2009 IEEE 802 Plenary meeting in San Francisco, CA.
In addition IEEE 802.15.4f is seeking Final PHY Proposals to be heard
during the upcoming September 2009 IEEE 802.15 Interim meeting in Kona,
Hawaii.
