Any individual comments on the PARs
under consideration at the July plenary need to be submitted by 5pm PDT
on Tuesday July 10th.  Any working group positions need to be
finalized at the opening plenary Monday afternoon. Please send me any
comments you would like considered as a working group position before the
opening WG Plenary.
