Thank you for helping us distribute this Call for Papaers for an IEEE Communications Society Special Issue on Cognitive Radio.  I think that the 802 community would be interested.  I would greatly appreciate your help in getting the CFP distributed over the various 802 reflectors, made available at the front desk, and posted to the bulletin board.
