Draft
Motion:
Per P&P, Robert Heile (Chair of IEEE 802.15) is initiating a 15 day
Working Group Letter Ballot to authorize starting a Letter Ballot on the
draft Recommended Practice document number d1P802-15-5_Draft_Standard.pdf
with editorial updates,
which can be found at:
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/15/private/Draft/TG5/d1P802-15-5_Draft_Standard.pdf.
This is a procedural motion requiring a simple majority of those voting yes
or no.
IMPORTANT--This is not a vote on the technical content of the draft.
The criteria is whether the draft is sufficiently complete and ready for
ballot, with no open technical issues. Technical content will be the subject
of the Letter Ballot on the draft itself not this letter ballot. If you vote
"NO" you must indicate in your return email why you think the draft is not
complete enough to go to letter ballot.
