The O-QPSK and MPSK PHY's are being defined as co-alternative by both the IEEE and the Chinese WPAN. The MPSK PHY is defined in the Chinese standard for the Wireless Medium Access Control (MAC) and the Physical Layer (PHY) Specifications for Low-Rate Wireless Personal Area Networks (Task number: 20070007-T-469). An informative translation of the MPSK PHY is included in Annex J. As such, editorial comments made w.r.t. Annex J will be addressed by TG4c. However, Technical comments w.r.t. Annex J will be forwarded to the Chinese WPAN Standards Body and may or may not result in a change to Annex J technically. All Editorial and Technical comments w.r.t. everything outside Annex J will be addressed by TG4c.
