Announcement

IEEE 802.16's Session #79 will be held on 14-17 May 2012 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. This Working Group interim session will be co-located with the IEEE 802 Wireless Interim.

Meetings of the following groups are planned:

Working Group Plenary
HetNet Study Group
Metrology Study Group
M2M Task Group
GRIDMAN Task Group
Project Planning Committee
Maintenance Task Group (if necessary, but no meetings anticipated as of 2012-03-23)

The ITU-R Liaison Group will not meet.

Meeting Schedule

The 802.16 WG session will begin Monday at 9:30 am and close on Thursday evening by 7 pm (with the intent to conclude by 6 pm). Note that a joint Plenary involving all the Working Groups of the Wireless Interim is scheduled for 8:00 AM. The draft meeting schedule is posted. The draft Opening and Closing Plenary Agendas are posted.

Joint Opening Plenary of all WGs: Monday 8-9 am (information only)
Working Group Opening Plenary: Monday 9-10 am
Working Group Closing Plenary: Thursday 4-6 pm
Study Group time allocations to be driven by input contributions
