P802.17c

This amendment to IEEE Standard 802.17-2004 defines an addition to the 802.17 MAC to support a Protected Inter-Ring Connection (PIRC).

The 802.17c project is described by its Project Authorization Request (PAR) and its description of how it meets the LMSC 5 Criteria.
