Suggested revision text to 802.21.1

Hello folks,

Here are some small suggested revision for P802.21.1 PAR:

In section 5.3, instead of:
"Completion is co-contingent on the IEEE Std 802.21 revision project. In that projcet, the media indepedent media indepedent services will be split from IEEE Std 802.21 and moved to IEEE Std 802.21.1"

use:
"Completion is co-contingent on the IEEE Std 802.21 revision project (as described in P802.21m). In that project, the Media Independent Services specification language will be split from IEEE Std 802.21 and moved to IEEE Std 802.21.1, possibly along with language specifying new Services
as may be required for the intended use cases."

In section 5.4, instead of:
"The purpose is to improve the user
experience of mobile devices by facilitating handover between IEEE 802 networks whether or not they are of different media types, including both wired and wireless, where network discovery for handover is
not otherwise defined; and to enbale for mobile
devices to perform seamless handover where the network
environment supports it. These mechanisms are also usable
for handovers between IEEE 802 networks and non IEEE 802 networks."

use:

Alternatively, if it is intended for 802.21.1 to enable services other than for handovers, use: "The purpose is to improve the user experience of mobile devices by facilitating connection and handover between IEEE 802 networks whether or not they are of different media types, including both wired and wireless, where network discovery for handover is not otherwise defined; and to enable for mobile devices to perform seamless handover where the network environment supports it. These mechanisms are also usable for handovers between IEEE 802 networks and
  non IEEE 802 networks."

In section 5.5, instead of:
"This project will extract the Media Independent Information Service specification from IEEE Std 802.21 (following its introduction to the standard by the amendment 802.21m), moving it to the new standalone standard IEEE Std 802.21.1. Such a split will result in more practical use of the Standard since not all use cases require all media indedepedent services. It will also ease the ongoing ammendment activities and maintaining the specification for future use cases. To assure that other media independent services remains specified by an IEEE 802 standard, the revision and this new standard are co-contingent."
