Hi Dan,

 

Sorry for being obtuse, but can you clarify the numbering of the each column?  For example I don’t understand the distinction between TF2 & TF3 (obviously both Technical Feasibility…).  I assume this is pointing to another document with sub-bullets on the 5 criteria.
