Title: Web site update

Please find attached our latest results on the fixed point implementation of the (1024, 833) code.

Our extensive simulations (more than 2e13 bits) confirm NEC's previous results that for the (1024, 833) code a practical decoder can acheive an excellent coding gain. Unlike the (2048, 1723) code, we did not observe any indication of any change of slope down to 1e-12 for the (1024, 833) code. Please note Seki's results indicate no change of slope down to 1e-13 for an even simpler decoder.
