FYI... if you haven't booked your hotel for San Antonio in November and you would like to stay at the meeting hotel (the Wyndham), then I'd highly recommend that you book your hotel immediately.  It's easier to cancel or change a reservation than it is to get one in a full hotel. :-)

I have just been informed that the Hyatt is fully booked, therefore, overflow bookings will likely be going to our meeting hotel.  If you want to stay in the meeting hotel in November you should probably book immediately.
