[10GBT] Channel Diagnostics Interest

Title: Channel Diagnostics Interest

Task Force Members,

The task force has previously indicated a desire to define a minimum set of channel diagnostics. This is a call for all interested parties who are willing to help define and create the necessary text for channel diagnostics. I will volunteer to act as the coordinator and editor.

If you would like to participate in this effort please respond. I will compile the list and arrange for a conference call to get started.
