[8023-10GEPON] Link Model v2.0 comments

Just some minor comments on the link model (some I think were made
during the meeting also).
Cells B7, B10 should not have conditional formating (not an input cell)
Setting Cell B17 to "min" and B16 to "G652AB" creates a circular
reference (Pete pointed this out to me).
For newbies it might be nice to include a glossary of acronyms.
May want to include a key for the color coding.
