Everything is ready to go for our Plenary. I have attached a copy of the
hotel meeting space floor plan. It does not capture the unique "you can't
get there from here" quality of the space.
Our opening WG Plenary will be in the Centennial Ballroom IV on the Atrium
Tower ballroom level. This may be reached by the escalators in the main
lobby.
All of our TF and SG meetings will be in the International Tower meeting
space, either on the Ballroom or Embassy levels. You cannot get to these
floor directly if you go down the main escalator in the lobby. You must go
all the way down to the Atlanta Conference Level and follow the signs to
reach the International Tower meeting space. The best way is to go into the
International Tower lobby area (follow the corridor and signs to the right
of the registration desk) and take the escalators down to the Ballroom or
Embassy levels.
