Re: [8023-10GEPON] [PRX-U3] Power budget for PRX-U3

Dear Marek,

I am sorry for late response.
I and Otaka-san would like to propose the revised power budget
for PRX30.
Attached please find the PPT document.

(1)I think NTT has already proposed IEEE_Rx_Str_Sen_OMA as
-27.6 dBm. Basically, I would like to use this value.
(2)If PRX_U3 use a DFB-LD, TDP and ECP (eye closure penalty)
should be reduced. (I recommend those values be 1.4 dB.)
(3)In comparison of the sensitivity difference to confirm
possible dual-rate receiver technologies, I think we should
use ideal receiver sensitivities such as IEEE_Rx_Sen_OMA.

Best regards,
Ken-Ichi
