[8023-10GEPON] Comments submitted against 802.3av Draft 1.1
Dear all,
The comment period on Draft 1.1 closed on 2/29. The Editors have
prepared a list of all comments, which were posted online (see
http://www.ieee802.org/3/av/public/2008_03/index.html). Please provide
feedback to Glen and the Editors if you notice any discrepancies
(missing or comments with errors) in the list.
Note that due to technical problems which occurred during transmission
of the ballot file to editors, comments submitted by Vijay will be
posted in a separate file (3av_0803_comments_d1_1_received_late.pdf).
Our policy regarding missing comments is as follows:
1. If a comment that exists in the originally submitted
"ballot_comments.csv" file it will be included in the database if
brought to the Editors attention in a timely manor.
2. If a comment file was missed and the author can supply proof it was
submitted prior to the comment deadline (such as a forwarded copy of the
original e-mail submission) it will be included if brought to the
Editors attention in a timely manor.
3. Comments submitted after the close of the comment deadline will not
be included in the comment database and should be resubmitted during the
next ballot after making any necessary corrections.
