This meeting is hosted by NTT. There will be no registration fee to attend the meeting; however you are required to register before April 10th, 2008 by sending e-mail to tokyo-interim@ansl.ntt.co.jp, with the following fields completed:

Please, note that there is no allocated hotel room block. Participants are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. Several suggested hotels are listed in http://www.ansl.ntt.co.jp/Interim_Meeting/index.html. Please, make you reservation in advance to avoid long morning commute to the meeting venue.
