I found a few errors with the implementation of comment #1404 resolution.

Issue 1: In Figure 92-18, in transition from state Laser_Is_Off to On, the comment resolution said to add apostrophes. Apostrophes were added, but for some reason the sync header has changed from control (01) to data (10). The correct condition is

FIFO_DD[N].SyncHeader = '01'

Issue 2: In transition from state Transmit_Burst_Preamble to Transmit_Burst_Delimiter, in the condition 'SynBlockCount=SYNC_LENGTH' the variable name had a typo. It should be 'SyncBlockCount'. While the variable name was fixed, the second part of the condition has disappeared.

Also, all the text in this state diagram has changed from typeface Arial to Times New Roman except the 'SynBlockCount=' condition. This is a newly introduced problem. Please, make the font is consistent.
