Nick,

Could you send this to the LRM reflector for me.  I can’t get a message to go through it as my email address has changed!

Thanks,

David

Dear 10GBASE-LRM,

This is a quick note to let you know that we will meet at the IEEE 802.3 January 2006 interim.  We will meet for three days of comment resolution on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the 11th – 13th January.  The full meeting notice for the January Interim is at:

PS: Earlier today Bob Grow announced the results of the 5th recirculation to the IEEE802.3 reflector as:

------------------------------

Colleagues:

The recirculation ballot of P802.3aq 5th recirculation ballot closed successfully on 5 December 2005.  The 5th WG recirculation ballot closed a few hours ago with the following results.

The approval percentage increased with this recirculation to 89.34%.

No technical changes have been made in creating the P802.3aq/D3.0 initial Sponsor ballot draft from the last recirculated draft.

No new valid negative votes were received in the recirculation and no comments of any kind were received.

Therefore, all conditions have been met for progress of P802.3aq to Sponsor ballot have been satisfied and I will be opening the Sponsor ballot.
