Roy,

For once, I agree with everything you say in the above paragraph, except the first
sentence which should read:

"There are many "data"  individuals that are recommending the expansion of 10GbE
beyond the traditional LAN only limited support functionality".

I'd like to know what specifically it will take to accomplish this goal.
