Robert, I think that we agree on the fiber: the same fiber that has 160 MHz*km
bandwidth at 850 nm has also 500 MHz*km at 1300nm. So, this fiber does
cover > 90 % of the installed base.
With this explanation in mind, I think that the other points in your email
are also covered.
