Paul,

As much as your willing to support this nomenclature, let's open it up to
the Task Force to decide what direction it would like to take.  I want to
establish a base line that the Task Force has put together, and that there
only be one source for this base line.

		Your nomenclature seems much easier to decipher and more in
line with
		existing conventions. I believe it will be beneficial to
