XAUI Chip Package requirements


Hi,
I have the following questions,

1) The current version of the draft spec lists the 289 pin, 1mm pitch PBGA
package and pinout assignments to use for the XAUI chip. Is it a finalized
requirement of the standard?

2)If there is a committed vender to provide such a package, can you please
send a private e-mail to me.
   (Please do not answer question2 on the reflector, since reflector
prohibit vender specific info)
