[802.3ae] Annex 48A CRPAT/CJPAT in D3.1


In Annex 48A the text describing both of these patterns states:

  "Each packet is encapsulated within delimiters as specified in
   Clause 48 in the ordinary way."

However, the Terminate packet delimiter does not appear in either
of the test patterns.  Is this an oversight, or is it not needed
for some reason?
