I'll let Jonathan chime in on this issue, but Wednesday night is the 802 Social
and Monday and Tuesday nights are 802 tutorials. It's generally acceptable to go
off at any time for informal meetings. However, all "official" meetings should
be scheduled through the chair to allow all interested parties fair notice and
an opportunity to attend.
