Loss of Code Word Delineation alarm

In SONET and SDH, it is standard practice to assert alarms until the
referred condition clears.
Thus, until the 64b:66b codeword framer locks up on the codeword
pattern, we should assert
Loss_of_Codeword_Delineation by borrowing the ATM Loss of Cell
Delineation codepoint in
the G1 byte Enhanced Remote Defect Indication (ERDI) field. There will
be no ambiguity, as we have
a unique Signal Label in C2. Best of all, we can use the same
acronym--LCD-P...
