You bet I do.
I was not able to attend the Clause 46 sub-Task Force in Irvine when my
comment was rejected, since I had to lead my own sub-Task Force at the
same time. However, this comment is not going away. It will come back
at a future ballot as a TR. The current specification in Clause 46 is
broken. It has the wrong parameters specified, their values make no
sense whatsoever, and they are impossible to enforce. Stay tuned.
