Figure 31B1, PAUSE State Diagram
It seems like the state diagram in Figure 31B–1 no longer allows sending
out control frames while the Tx side itself is in the "PAUSED" state.
In the previously published version of the state diagram (IEEE Std 802.3
1998) there was a path from the "PAUSED" state to the "SEND CONTROL FRAME"
even when pause_timer_Done = false. Also, Annex 31B, Section 31B.1 PAUSE
description stated that "The PAUSE operation cannot be used to inhibit
transmission of MAC Control frames."
Is that a cut-n-paste error, or intentional?
