Hi Kevin -

Do you understand that during this test, the pattern generator signal runs
at a constant rate of 10.3125? It is only the frequency of the RF source
that is being swept, and the test is measuring the ability of the Rx to
reject it at high frequencies.

Something that I think requires clarification is that the average optical
power of the RF source must be great enough to prevent the RF swing from
driving it below threshold.
