All,

The P802.3by 25 Gb/s Ethernet over single-lane Task Force meeting will be held during the  802.3 Plenary meeting week in Berlin (March 8-13th, 2015).

Meeting details may be found at http://www.ieee802.org/meeting/index.html

We have restricted meeting time available during the week. The  P802.3by TF will meet all day Monday March 9th and Tuesday March 10th.  Start time will be 8am both days, so please adjust your travel accordingly.

Since the 802.3 Plenary session will occur on Monday at 10am, our meeting before that time will officially be considered a co-located interim meeting but we will manage it as a contiguous meeting with the plenary TF meeting after the opening plenary.

Therefore this message is a meeting notification for the plenary TF meeting and the co-located interim meeting as well as a call for presentations.

Requests for presentation time shall be made to me at mnowell@xxxxxxxxx  and must be made by Friday, Feb 27th, 2015.  The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy  by Tuesday of the following week  (Tues March 3rd, 2015).

For those interested in attending the P802.3bs 400Gb/s Ethernet Task Force, there may be some overlap on Tuesday afternoon or evening but if that happens, the chairs will mange agendas accordingly to try and minimize impact.  Please see the official meeting announcement on the P802.3bs meeting on their logistics for the actual details for that group.

I look forward to seeing everyone in Berlin!

Regards,

Mark Nowell
