[STDS-802-3-400G] IEEE P802.3bs 400 Gb/s Ethernet Electrical Interfaces Ad Hoc conference call Proposed Times

Hi All

The Electrical Adhoc is considering the following meeting times between November and January to close on the modulation and signaling for the 50Gb/s electrical interface and consensus comments for the 25Gb/s electrical interface:

7:30am to 9am PST for the following days
Thursday Nov 20
Thursday Dec 4
Thursday Dec 18

Friday Jan 2

Yes, we know that this may interfere with Holiday schedules.  But the IEEE meeting is the week of Jan 12, so the Friday Jan 2 date still gives us time to integrate consensus into a requested presentation.  It is really important for us to reach consensus and close on the modulation for 50Gb/s as to not impact other adhocs or the over all project timeline.

We will formally request this time slot during the November Plenary unless there is a compelling reason not to do so.

Thanks and take care
Joel / Vasu
