[STDS-802-3-400G] Presentations For November Plenary

All,

We have received a large number of presentations for this upcoming meeting.  (To put it in perspective – this is the largest number of presentations I ever recall for a single study group or task force meeting in my near 8 years of chairing 3 projects, 2 ½ before I am corrected for not chairing the 802.3bj project to completion J).

I will be working through the requests to organize accordingly, but it is obvious to me at this point we will be hard pressed next week to hear all presentations.  I am going to ask all to review their presentations to make sure that they are very focused.  It is very likely that we will be forced to limit time on presentations to 15 min, and Q&A after each presentation will need to focus on questions of clarification.

I am also asking everyone to make sure to review their PDF files before submitting them to make sure they meet the guidelines, especially no restrictive notices, and filling in the field properties.  If you have any questions, please review http://www.ieee802.org/3/bs/public/presentproc.html.

Regards,
