[STDS-802-3-400G] Update to unapproved minutes and final responses

Dear Task Force Participants –

Please note that the minutes have been updated with feedback I received from our chief editor, Mr. Pete Anslow.  The updated unapproved minutes may be found at - http://www.ieee802.org/3/bs/public/17_03/minutes_3bs_a_0317_unapproved.pdf

In addition, the files for the final responses to comments against D3.0 files and the Unsatisfied negative comments against D3.0 have been updated.  Please see the following webpage to find these files - http://www.ieee802.org/3/bs/comments/index.shtml.

Please note that the updates to these files include the following editor comments below for the noted comment responses –

For i-75

[Editor's note added after comment resolution completed.

The response to comment i-74 is:

Based on the resolution of comment i-76,

adopt the changes to the differential return loss in Slide 13 of mellitz_3cd_01b_0317.pdf, and also update loss diagram, with editorial license

The file referenced above can be found as:

For i-96

Editor's note added after comment resolution completed. The consensus view was that there are many more differences between the two EW measurements than just the package size (for example, the two channels are different) so there is no justification for this change.]

For i-122

[Editor's note added after comment resolution completed. The consensus view was that this is not a sufficiently significant issue to justify making this change.]

For i-158

[Editor's note added after comment resolution completed. The consensus view was that the current measurement method is adequate and there is no need to simplify it.]

Regards,
