All, I’ve worked it out with Lynn Kennedy, Steve Carlson and Dave Dwelley that our group can start as soon as Dave’s adjourns. Since Dave is running a comment cycle, I’m guessing he has at least one full day of work. This means that we could start as early
as 9AM on Tuesday but perhaps later Tuesday afternoon. I will use the reflector to send out the start time Monday the 18th (if an early Tuesday start) or Tuesday morning (if Dave still has business for Tuesday).
This means that you should plan to be there ready to start on Tuesday, May 19. We will have the room the rest of the week. I expect both presentations along with comment resolution and therefore we might have to stretch into Friday but I don’t expect a
full day Friday.
